Return/Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Retainers & Advance Fees
In accordance with South Carolina Bar rules, any unearned legal fees or un-incurred expenses held in trust will be promptly refunded upon the termination of representation. Fees already earned under our formal agreement are non-refundable whether the work is done under formal Attorney-Client Fee Service Agreement or less formally by engagement letter or by mutual agreement to terms between the client and attorney.

3. Governing Terms
This online policy provides general information. All billing, fees, and refunds are strictly governed by the formal Attorney-Client Fee Service Agreement executed between the firm and the client, which supersedes this website text, or by less formal means of engagement by engagement letter or mutual agreement of terms between the client and attorney.
